Kathryn Loewer Breaux
Kathryn Loewer Breaux, a proud alumna of Lee Academy’s class of 2011 and a 2016 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a major in communications and a minor in science, is the author of The Trials of Darkness. While her passion for reading has fluctuated throughout her busy life, her deep love for the fantasy genre has remained a constant source of connection to imaginative worlds and captivating narratives, offering an escape from reality.
From a young age, Kathryn filled journals with poems and adventure stories featuring her cat, Lucy, initially aspiring to become a children’s book author. Her creative process involves immersing herself in music of various genres, often fueled by coffee or energy drinks.
Currently residing in Arkansas with her husband and daughter, Kathryn is thrilled to be pursuing her dream of being an author and hopes to inspire others to reach for their own aspirations, whatever they may be.
Kathryn’s story is a powerful reminder that the seeds of possibility sown at Lee Academy can blossom into extraordinary achievements, leaving an indelible mark on the world. We watch their continued success with immense pride!
